Squeeze the side arrows to activate. If pack does not activate, rotate to squeeze top and bottom arrows.
Knead pack to activate throughout.
Apply hot pack to desired area for 20 minutes. Remove pack and leave uncovered for 60 minutes.
Dispose into trash after single use.
